1. Purpose and legal basis of the treatment
All personal data may be acquired and provided by the interested parties, in compliance with the regulations in force in the field of commerce, for administrative, accounting and management purposes of the working relationship or information within the scope of our activity also by means of computer instruments and procedures. The collection and processing, in full compliance with the principle of relevance (privacy by default), may also be linked to purposes related and instrumental to the requests received, in this context includes the possible sending of communications update closely related to the customer / supplier relationship for better use of the software provided. The data will not be subject to an automated decision-making process, including profiling.

3. Conferment of data
Failure to provide even a part of the data expressly indicated as necessary and mandatory for the pursuit of the purposes, including contractual, referred to in paragraph 1 above will make it impossible for the owner to process data and thus to provide the products/services requested. In order to process the data correctly, it is necessary for the interested party to promptly communicate any changes in his/her personal data to the Data Controller.

4. Categories of subjects who may become aware of personal data
The personal data processed by this company are known by the Owner, by the Managers and by possible people in charge of the personal data processing. There are no co-owners of the data processing.

5. Dissemination of data
The data will not be disseminated and, in any case, communicated, in accordance with the purposes, in countries outside the EU.

6. Rights of the interested party
The interested party may contact the owner to enforce its rights as referred to in the EU regulation. If the processing is based on art. 6 par. 1 letter A or art. 8 par. 2 letter A (based on specific consent), the person concerned will have the right to exercise the rights under Art. 13 co.2 lett. b and c. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority.
